Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between My Rig Biz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and any client (“you,” “your”) who uses our website design, hosting, or trucking compliance services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer, but are not limited to:
Website Services
- Website design and development
- Domain registration and hosting
- Website maintenance and updates
Trucking Compliance Services
- UCR filings
- DOT/MC registrations
- BOC-3, biennial updates, and compliance consulting
- Other filings or regulatory support
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
2. Payments, Deposits, and Fees
A. Non-Refundable Deposit (Required for All Projects)
A posit is required to initiate any website design, development, branding, or custom project.
All deposits are 100% non-refundable, regardless of project progress, delays, cancellation, or changes in circumstances.
Deposits secure:
- Your project time slot
- Administrative setup
- Preliminary work
- Access to tools, software, and planning resources
B. Remaining Balance – Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Once the project is completed—or once compliance filings are ready to be submitted—you must pay the remaining balance in full, at delivery, before:
- Website files are transferred
- Website is published or launched
- Login credentials are released
- Compliance documents are submitted or released
- Any final materials are delivered
All COD payments are also non-refundable.
No exceptions.
C. Compliance Filings
Once a filing is completed, initiated, or submitted to any government agency:
- The payment is fully earned
- No refunds will be provided
- Corrections or re-filings may require additional fees
D. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback after receiving services, deliverables, or filings is considered fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to:
- Submit documentation proving service delivery
- Pursue collection or legal action
- Terminate all current and future services
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply requested documents promptly
- Respond to communication in a timely manner
- Ensure access to accounts, hosting, domain, or DOT portals as needed
Delays due to missing information are not our responsibility.
If you fail to provide required materials within 30 days, the project may be closed without refund.
4. Project Timeline & Revisions (Website Services)
All timelines are estimates. Delays may occur based on:
- Client communication
- Content delivery
- Third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, FMCSA systems, etc.)
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds:
- Additional revisions require additional fees
- Major redesigns require a new contract or payment
5. No Guarantees of Outcome
For trucking compliance services:
- We do not guarantee approval of filings
- We do not guarantee state or federal acceptance
- We do not guarantee legal outcomes or compliance status
- We provide support based on information you provide
For website design:
- We do not guarantee traffic, sales, ranking, or performance
6. Intellectual Property
Website Projects
- Drafts, mockups, and partial builds remain our property until final payment is made.
- After full payment, you receive rights to the completed design and content (excluding licensed software or proprietary tools).
Compliance Work
- All filing documents remain ours until paid in full.
- Once paid, you may access your filings as provided by government agencies.
7. Termination of Services
We may terminate services if:
- You fail to pay
- You provide false information
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
No refunds will be issued upon termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Lost revenue
- Missed deadlines due to incorrect information
- Government agency delays
- Denied filings
- Website downtime caused by third parties
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We never sell personal data.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting on our website.
